WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE I START?

From this site we only deliver in Singapore.  If you are in the UK you can visit our Havalina UK site.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS
By law you have to be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol on this site. It is prohibited to purchase wine on behalf of someone under 18 years of age so please be respectful and don’t buy on behalf of minors. 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER & PURCHASE PRODUCTS?

SELECTING YOUR PRODUCT
Head over to our store here and click on the image of the product you want. This leads you to the product page where you’ll find additional product information.

On the product page click the plus (+) or minus (-) icons to select the desired quantity of units you want to purchase. Once you have the desired units simply add the order to your cart by clicking the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

You may want to shop more or go straight to checkout. You can review your cart anytime by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the page.


ORDER REVIEW & PAYMENT
In your cart you’ll see a summary of products you’ve selected for purchase. You can increase or decrease the quantity of products (+ or -) or simply remove any you no longer want (the X at the top right of every product section).  When you're happy with your order select a preferred payment option directly or simply chose 'GO TO CHECKOUT'.

In the payment process check your order is correct and apply a discount code if you have one and select 'APPLY' (check the total amount as updated to include your discount).  You will need to enter your email or mobile phone number and the Shipping Address for where the orders should be delivered.  The website will prompt you if there is any information that is needed to finalise the purchase.  Note the shipping costs and if you are happy with your order please proceed with the payment.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
We use globally acknowledged payment providers for your safe transactions and information security and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal.

OUR PROMOTIONS
From time to time Havalina may offer promotions in the form of promo codes to products on our Sites. Promotion terms and conditions apply and are bound to the holder of the promo code or voucher. Promo codes and vouchers are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. To keep up to date with the latest promos please join our newsletter on your homepage.

HOW DOES DELIVERY OF MY ORDER WORK?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
DELIVERY GUIDE:

  • Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next day before 10:30pm (this includes orders placed on Friday).
  • Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following day before 10:30pm.
  • Orders placed after Friday 2pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday before 10.30pm.
  • We do not deliver on Sunday.

When your order has left the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email that it's on the way. If you have any queries please contact us at orders@havalina.com

DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
Yes, someone will need to be at home to receive the delivery. For more information on requirements for accepting deliveries please view our Terms & Conditions.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY DELIVERY DOESN’T ARRIVE?
If your delivery doesn’t arrive and you have not been contacted by the delivery drivers please contact us at hello@havalina.com.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A P.O. BOX OR PARCEL LOCKER SERVICE?
No, unfortunately we can only deliver to a residential or business address where an individual is present to receive and sign for the order.

WHAT WILL I NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and paid for you will not be able to cancel the order or change the delivery address.  However, please feel free to contact us at hello@havalina.com and we will try to assist you to resolve any issue.

WHAT DO I DO IF PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?
If you receive products that are damaged, do not accept nor sign for the delivery. Once you have signed for the delivery it will be deemed that you have accepted the order and will not be bale to ask for any exchange, refund or similar option. WHERE DO I FIND MY ORDER INFORMATION?
When your order has been successfully processed you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order information and links to view your order online.

HOW DO I USE THE POUCH AND TAP?

HOW DOES THE TAP WORK?
To crack open a pouch of Havalina you need to do two simple things:
- Pull off the red plastic safety strip by grabbing the extended grip next to the nozzle and pull upwards and around the tap to get easy access to the tap handles.
- At the bottom of the nozzle you will find a seal that keeps the tap clean before use. Pull this off to open the nozzle.
And that’s it! You’re now ready to enjoy a glass of Havalina!

HOW TO POUR THE WINE?
This is up to you. We find the easiest way is to put the glass on a flat surface and bring the pouch and tap to the top of the glass, use your index and middle finger on the tap handles and your thumb to press down on the tap plunger... but of course we’d never presume to impose on you how to fill your glass!

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO USE HAVALINA SERVICES?

In general just keep all your browsers and apps up to date and you’ll be fine.
